By requesting travel planning services, obtaining travel quotes, making reservations, or purchasing travel products through Beckman Travel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Agency Relationship
Beckman Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers, including but not limited to:
Cruise lines
Airlines
Hotels and resorts
Tour operators
Ground transportation providers
Travel insurance providers
Beckman Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these travel suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, or changes.
Pricing and Availability
Travel prices, promotions, availability, and supplier offers are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and payment is received.
Quoted prices may not include:
Gratuities
Resort fees
Government taxes
Port fees
Baggage fees
Optional excursions
Travel protection plans
Unless specifically stated.
Deposits and Payments
Certain reservations require deposits to secure travel arrangements.
Final payment dates are established by the travel supplier and must be met to avoid cancellation.
Failure to submit payment by the supplier's deadline may result in cancellation of reservations and loss of deposits.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation penalties are determined by the travel supplier and vary by booking.
Refund eligibility is subject to supplier policies and may take several weeks to process.
Beckman Travel does not control supplier refund timelines or approval decisions.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Travel insurance may provide protection for:
Trip cancellations
Medical emergencies
Lost luggage
Travel delays
Supplier default
Declining travel insurance may result in significant financial loss if travel plans are disrupted.
Travel Documents
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including:
Passports
Visas
Identification documents
Vaccination records
Entry requirements
Passport validity requirements vary by destination.
Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or additional expenses.
Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for determining and meeting all health, vaccination, testing, and entry requirements for their destinations.
Beckman Travel is not responsible for denied entry, quarantine requirements, government restrictions, or changes in health regulations.
Supplier Changes
Travel suppliers may modify:
Itineraries
Ports of call
Flight schedules
Accommodations
Included amenities
Without notice.
Such changes are beyond the control of Beckman Travel.
Limitation of Liability
Beckman Travel shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, expense, or irregularity arising from:
Actions of travel suppliers
Mechanical failures
Weather events
Natural disasters
Government actions
Labor disputes
Acts of terrorism
Public health events
Transportation interruptions
Force majeure events
